When you fill out that form, there are few things you can do to improve your chances of recovery of that account. Another possible cause is that your administrator has changed your password, without informing you about that. You should ask him to provide you with credentials that will enable you to sign in. If you’re lucky, when you open your formerly balky or misbehaving Windows app, all will be well. You’re working on a document or a spreadsheet, or using email, and BAM! One of your Microsoft Office applications starts acting weird or stops responding. If one or more Office apps is acting glitchy, work your way through this series of repair maneuvers, starting with the simplest.

You forgot the account you associated with Office

If you can't find Access on your computer even though its included with your Office 365 subscription, try the following in the order listed. If your computer can't install the full desktop version of Office because it doesn't meet the system requirements, you can try using Office Online in your computer's browser. If that didn't help, use the uninstall troubleshooter to uninstall Office completely. Office’s Online Repair option works and goes through exactly the same steps as Quick Repair, so I won’t walk through all those screen shots again. This time, after you right-click your Office version in Programs and Features and select Change from the pop-up menu, select the Online Repair option instead and then click Repair. See the bottom of the Office for business column for a list of plans that don't include the Office desktop client. When you install Office it's automatically linked to your Office 365 plan. Repair an Office application

Domain verification issues can also prevent the normal use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite. For example, items that you delete from SharePoint or Microsoft Teams are retained in the recycle bin for a certain period before permanent deletion. Therefore, you can locate the original files at their primary SharePoint site and restore them from there. An internet connection is not available or a firewall is blocking network connections. Installing Office 365 updates can fail for different reasons, and some of them are listed below.

You don't see an option to install Office, check if you have a license

Its filename is SetupProd_Offscrub.exe, so I’ve gotten in the habit of calling it "OffScrub" myself. Synchronization Office 365 issues mostly happen to Office Mobile apps. When you want to continue the work you did on the desktop, and the file is available there. Yet if this didn’t work it means that the same file you worked on another device didn’t make it to FixTechGuide support center OneDrive as it should. It is a sign that this other device isn’t connected to the OneDrive correctly, or a simpler problem, isn’t connected to the internet.



Uninstall old versions of Microsoft Office from your computer and try to activate Microsoft Office 365 again. Then try to activate the installed Office 365 suite again on your computer. You may need to remove old Microsoft Office licenses from your computer and install a new one. If the above steps have not resolved your issue, open Outlook in Safe Mode to see if the issue is resolved. Type Outlook.exe /safe, and click OK.  If it is not, you may need to reinstall the Office suite completely.
