So my Junk folders do not have that box checked, but the Inbox doesn't have a box to be be checked - their behavior is the same they are both not syncing, until I manually click on them to force the sync. I have half dozen mail accounts a few microsoft a gamil and some other ones and there is no difference they are all acting the same. These a general steps to check your IMAP settings in any email application. With the help of this, you can also ensure that the server settings are properly configured or not. If you can take a look at your mail server settings specifically the IMAP and SMTP. Make a note of the values and delete an overwrite them also check your passwords for both SMTP and IMAP.

My accounts in Mail app stopped to sync post update

I am using TB for just three weeks now and I have issues daily FixTechGuide Office 365 troubleshooting when sending mail with no attachments the outgoing mail server will time out. Since the sync issue is universal it appears to be a global issue. Perhaps something in TB needs to be tweaked. I have no firewall monitors running during the day that would interfere just the vpn. With that said - the "delayed syncing" issue that I am experiencing is happening on Inbox as well as Junk folders.

I deleted the Apple Mail app from the phone, reinstalled from the App Store. It's just a little bit technical, but we have an IMAP proxy that chooses from some different backend IMAP servers. If the user account ends up on an old IMAP server implementation (in that case f.i. a Cyrus imapd 2.4.17), IMAP Client of iOS 18 Mail app doesn't work.

Looks like at this point there still is not a fix? I am stumped as it the rest of our team. Paying $6 per month vs our current $1.50 per month is a pretty big increase on a yearly basis. We wouldn’t use many of the features included in office 365 to warrant paying the additional cost. Varatex - Outlook in Safe mode did not seem to help.



Everything works great for the most part, except with our IMAP users. IMAP users are not receiving new email into their inboxes unless they either click off of Inbox and back on, or close outlook and reopen. These are the common reasons why the IMAP folder is not syncing.
