International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration: A Trusted Framework for Resolving Complex Commerical Disputes
ICC arbitration refers to the arbitration conducted under the ICC Rules of Arbitration administered by the ICC International Court of Arbitration which is one of the leading arbitral institutions in the world. It is an independent body of the International Chamber of Commerce which administers cases involving parties from over 170 countries. The ICC Court does not itself determine the merits of disputes as this is the role of the Arbitral Tribunal. The ICC Court supervises the procedural steps of arbitration proceedings thereby ensuring the efficient and fair conduct of arbitrations.
